Aluma EasySet System
Aluma EasySet™ Stair forms are designed to allow walls and stairs to be poured simultaneously (monolithically) or separately (non-monolithically). Aluma EasySet™ is one of the only systems that offers a stair form for multi-level structures that is fully monolithic with the rest of the form (inside or/& outside the core building). Stair forms can be easily configured for use inside building cores as an alternative to precast stairs. It can also be supplied as an independent stair core form for multi-storey buildings. The Stair forms can be completed with a Step Cover to allow for even faster pouring. As an added safety feature, a tread plate is attached to each Step Cover to provide safe access for workers to travel up & down the stairs.
EasySet Slab Form
Aluma EasySet™ Slab forms are designed to be used in both; in monolithic construction method (walls, slabs and stairs poured simultaneously) or two stage construction method (poured just the slab at once). The EasySet™ slab form doesn’t required re-propping because the system is design to leave the supporting post in place for subsequent floors making it more efficient than a traditional forming construction method.
Wall Form Plumbing Brace
Wall Form Plumbing Braces are used to provide temporary stability to wall panels during erection. It also provides a means to plumb the completed wall form. The Plumbing Brace can be attached to the Wall Panels by fixing the Plumbing Brace Bracket to the panels by Pin and Wedge.
EasySet™ panels come in a variety of sizes to suit all applications. Holes along the sides of the panels allow them to be connected to the adjacent panels using the pin & wedge. When used with Flat Ties, recesses on the sides of the panels are provided to allow the Flat Ties to pass through. As an option, Integrated Pins can be provided to standard panels wider than 300mm (12”).
Stripping Wall Panels
Stripping Panels are used at interior wall locations between two return walls. The panels have unique sloping sides which allow them to be easily stripped first.
EasySet™ System completed with easy strip rigid opening form. The Stripping Inside Corner allows easy of installation & removal of the frame at the same time providing a rigid frame to support the concrete load.
Door openings can easily be formed using EasySet™ via the Stripping Inside Corner & Bulkhead Panels.
Stripping Corners are used at corners where the slab & wall meet. Stripping Corners connects to EasySet™ stripping panels or EasySet® Panels with sloped ends. The unique sloping sides allows for easy stripping.
Post Support for Side Panel
When the structure ends at a slab edge, a special Post Support to suit the slab edge panel needs to be used.
Aligner Bracket & Box Aligner
Aligner Brackets are used to support the steel box Aligner to make sure the completed wall form is erected straight. The brackets are fixed to the wall panels with Pin and Wedges through the holes in the wall panels.
Starter Panels are exterior wall panels left in place from the previous pour to provide support to the wall panels on the subsequent pour. They are held in place by the Flat Tie Packers (Bench), Flat Ties and Pin & Wedge.
Corner Catwalk Bracket
Specially designed Catwalk Brackets are supplied to provide a safe working platform at the building corner.
Corner Bracket Support
L-shape Corner Bracket Supports are first fixed to the wall with: Pin, Wedge, Tie Bar & Tie Bar Filler at the Back. The Corner Catwalk Brackets are then hooked onto the Corner Bracket supports. After the Catwalk Bracket is installed Safety Post can be mounted to the Bracket.
Catwalk Support Strongback
When the Catwalk Bracket needs to be mounted to a location where an opening occurs, Catwalk Support Strongbacks are required as a backing to support the Catwalk Bracket. When Catwalk Brackets & Catwalk Support Strongbacks are mounted to the poured wall, Flat Tie Packers (Bench) are used to fix everything in position.
Standard Catwalk Bracket
Catwalk Brackets are fixed to completed concrete walls to provide workers access to the exterior of the building.
Guardrail Support Aligner Bracket
Installed at the top of the exterior wall panels (starter panel) to provide support to the Safety Post and fence off the pouring deck area.
Guardrail Posts are to be installed around the exterior of the current pour level. The Posts can be installed to the Guardrail Support Aligner Brackets which are mounted onto the Starter Panels or Slab Side Panels.
Cast In Anchor
When the structure ends at a slab edge, the slab edge panel will be anchored into the concrete with a high tensile concrete screw & M16 bolt.
Post Head and Ledger Panels
Post Head Panels are used on top of each Single Post Shore to allow early stripping of the Slab Panels with the Single Post undisturbed. Ledger Panels are connected between Post Heads or Stripping Corners to provide support to the slab panels. Stay in place posting for slab work, no re-propping required which avoid the use of additional Posts.
